You can learn alot from the students but not from the management, that's the only thing i saw as a pros

Dislikes

1. Management is not following exact work protocol. They didn't gave salary through any bank account. They gave salary literally in hand. When ever I asked for salary proof such as salary slip cut right they said they won't give that because of their personal agendas. 2. Not reliable management 3. Unnecessarily strict 4. Didn't even got a proper call letter 5. Nothing is in professional way Think thrice before joining

...derstanding, Free hand is given to us for work and handle classes in our method. Salary is given on time and incentives also.

Facilities such as PF & Health insurence should be given.
