Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!
I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

Company s managment is not good. Owner is behavior is good but staff is very badley behaviour with other staff. There is no fix working hours,no holiday.if ill take leave some day in month there is not allowed evan im working without any leave, holiday and they are not provide good accommodation, transportation no facilities.
