I've worked 3 years with this company but there is literally nothing that I liked about it, only except a few colleagues that I've worked with during my tenure everything else was absolute worst.

Justifiable salary are only given to their own cast members, while others are grossly underpaid regardless of their contributions. Pay is delayed past the 10th of each month as a retention tactic, and your probation period is not even counted as part of your official employment. Throughout my time here I've witnessed countless unethical and unlawful practices. It's been a waste of time, but on the positive side, I've had the chance to work with some great colleagues who have supported me and helped me grow professionally. I'm greatful to them for guiding me through this challenging environment.

Likes

Good Work Environment, Management and Company policies are good, & it's located at very well knoen place. Very punctual & systematic work. Overall a good company.

Dislikes

There is A lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is low. There is no C.L/ P.L/S.L it's completely no work no pay based job. Salary also deducts according to timing of work daily.
