Working as an employee in the R&D sector under ICMR is really a good experience. As a research fellow, I acquired necessary work skills, versatility in work field and good salary benefits and timely disbursement.

...nd gossiping about their increment.fellows works here oftenly not paid properly.i till date did not got my 1 yr salary after completion of my 3 years project in 2022. only thing you can have after working there is frustration.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I am working in molecular biochemistry as a project assistant or researcher in dst project, the compensation is very terrible (22000).

Salary is to much low, no jon security, no yearly increment during project.
