They withhold your salary for months together (in my case even I have not received my last 15 months salary yet) Don't communicate in case of discrepancies in formalities Only rarely reply your emails/calls

...nd gossiping about their increment.fellows works here oftenly not paid properly.i till date did not got my 1 yr salary after completion of my 3 years project in 2022. only thing you can have after working there is frustration.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees

I am working in molecular biochemistry as a project assistant or researcher in dst project, the compensation is very terrible (22000).
