There is still space available for improvement in work culture and implementation of innovative ideas.

Dominance in officer's culture caused accidents in work site. Lack of co-ordination between officers and senior manager level caused pull back in overall efficiency of men in work site.

...gement is transparent. there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Being a defence extablishment, ICG gives job security and some other benefit like medical , canteen etc.

...forces like navy army and airforce, CG not providing ex service men quota, MSP . And in the matter of salary, it is too less

...various shore establishments as Uniformed and Civilian cadres through out India. Also, as Fourth Armed Force of the Union, pay and allowances are at par with Tri-Services of Defence Ministry. Promotions and Welfare are taken care of in time through timely planning and execution.
