Help me choose New Regime or Old Regime for my salary revision
Hi I am working as a full stack Architect (14 yeo) and Following is my CTC. Please help me calculate in hand salary and choose New or OLD regime. I have been doing Old regime till last year with a salary of 48 CTC. Now post revision it increased to 56L CTC effective March 1st. My PF alone will cover 80C Also have additional 50000 contribution in NPS My HRA is around 25K per month (300000) Health insurance for family 28000 Mom's medical expense 30000 (No personal (Have medical complications) or corporate insurance unfortunately) I have a home loan however its under construction, so not eligible yet for tax benefits

The indian armu is open organisation and readily adopts latest technology .i love the fact that i was the par5 of very honest organisation from last thirty years. As a result i travelled through out the india like bangalore pune jammu and kashmir kolkata allahabad and delhi. One plus point my collegous comes from various parts of the country and their is castelism. Indian army support me to become a good team leader

... job security. Unfortunatelyr my old parents I was lucky to serve only 20 years. First of salary was excellent and handfull. Used to travel in flights during leaves. V had time for fitness for recreation, games. Promotion was timely. Work environment was challenging but we were allowed to grow even though v made mistakes. V had support from the organisation at every stage. It is the best profession in the world I can say.

I dislike nothing but missed family and friends. Requires lot of sacrifices. Requires a strong heart to serve in Army. Lot of loneliness. Cut off from rest of the world due to security reasons.
