After 18 yrs of service very slow promotion and low salary. I Joined in Indian Army (Electrical and Mechanical Engineer) Electrical/Electronics mechanicon dt 18 Aug 1085 .After 17 yrs promoted to Naik. Every body needs high salary for family . I VRS in Indian Army April 2004. After 15 days of retirement I joined Reliance Tower Maintenance post held Field Engineering Officer at Bhubaneswar, Odisha till March 2008 (Salary Rs 21000/-pm). Again I joined Central Govt Cabinet Secretariat (Aviation Research Center) Charbatia, Odisha, Head Quarter New Delhi). Salary approx Rs 42000/-pm) .

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.
