There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...colleagues in different conditions only because of togetherness and brotherhood. In my trade the career growth is limited, the salary before 6th Central Pay commission was not as such as of these days, we all did not feel any political sensation as of present days. My current CTC is ₹7,80,660, which includes a ₹1,32,000 night shift allowance, and my monthly take-home pay is ₹72,133. I have received a new job offer with a CTC of ₹10,67,231, a monthly take-home pay of ₹83,333, and 192 restricted stock units (each valued at $60, vesting 25% after one year and quarterly thereafter).
