...ss of getting it done were very strict.the policy of the company was very good.G getting this job very beneficial and there was a bonus every year and selary increment .

Good work environment and culture, and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

I'm really happy to say nothing like that no problem at my place army camp

During my service I feel that Company policies are very good. Salary, bonus as well as job security all are satisfied.

Before my joining in IGF, some monetary like as bonus, shift allowance and other benefits not given to security Dept. I take up case for theses monetary benefits and company accepts my these points.

...ipline. Meet other langustic person and knowledge of their culture and language. Good salary and interference in politics. Risky environment in Army but after success feel happiness and joyful
