Excellent people most of them, training relevant, career growth not great, salary good, decent amount of travel and fun, thank god no politics, learning and very satisfying job, govt takes care of a lot of things, a great working environment with so much work life balance that you hardly feel deprived. Above all country respect you. What else!

I like about working at IAF to serve with people from different parts of country with different cultures.

There is huge difference between officer and men in regarding pay a allowance, in assured promotion, work culture, leave, ration etc needs to be look into.

Work life balance, health benefits, extraordinary satisfying culture, growth opportunities, learning sphere, go around and explore different places.... everything about it is just awesome, including the everyday challenges which any other big sector faces [ corporate firms]...

Promotion opportunities especially after time bound promotions, appraisals like any other firm, is dependent more on reporting officer than on individual performance and this is a harsh reality with any firm , industry or sector

Hectic work, Leave uncertain, job depends on posting and then leadership, frequent transfers, promotional aspects etc.

Good working environment. Juniors are cooperative. All procedures are laid down and present salary was good.

On Job training is there and very good working environment. Every body can learn from seniors. Classes are there to clear doubts. Involvements make experienced people on particular trade and systems.
