Dislikes

The disparity between Officers and Men is huge and still it works on the principles of pre- independence British culture where the Officers draw a line and don't allow the Men to grow in their work life. Ironically this disparity travels to your families also which is very disturbing sometimes. Credit is always taken by Officers for any good work as if only they run the show.

I like about working at IAF to serve with people from different parts of country with different cultures.

There is huge difference between officer and men in regarding pay a allowance, in assured promotion, work culture, leave, ration etc needs to be look into.
