Only thing which bothers you is u can be posted anywhere in India or as per ur Trade propheciency even abroad. Chances to get a home town posting are very slim.

When you join Indian airforce in the teen age then some policy against your education like you are not Capable to pursuing your graduation after joing airforce.

...ecision are perfect and clear. The policies regarding annual appisals is fair . Salary is good and there are many other privileges like free ration, transportation, accomodation, LTC and Children Education allowance, annual bonus etc.

The trasfer from one place to other as per the requirements.

...come real men who can deal with any situation with utmost calm and perseverance. pay and perks are good and the quality of life is even more good. However, due to recent changes in the policies, the career prospects have reduced. I hope IAF will revert these policies in the best interest of it's troops.

Nothing. Working in Indian Air Force is always a matter of irreplaceable pride.
