Actually if we say that this is a company then this will be wrong... this is North Korea... "jo Kim Jhon un ko pasand hai vo hi hoga" the owner itself involve in the office politics. I work for 6 year with a remarkable journey of sales, but one day i refuse to my owner that i will not suppose to ask anyone of my juniour that after of the office where they are... they are free to anywhere, any marriages, they can chill anywhere.. but my owner wants me to control them after the office also.. Since then they were after my life and made ajeeb ajeeb si policy to kick me out.. Now.. i resigned and serve a notice period of 30 days, after this they would have clear mu full and final after 45 days. Now they are refusing to do so with no reason or making un necessary fake blames Suggestion-- if anyone has no job then only join this company .... apni job chor ke mat aana.. aajkal 10-15 dino mein logo ka aana jana laga hua hai...

Job security, management very poor, thinking very cheap for employees. lala type thinking. sham ko cabin ke bahar aakr evening bol kar jana hoga, line lgti h owner ke cabin ke bahar sham ko. if owner busy h to wait kro if nahi bolkr gye to raste se bula lene. join se phle ex emp search krke hi jana. linked etc par old staff hoge otherwise problem hogi after join. ek Naukr wali feeling hogi yha work culture ne.
