a system engineer

Just had to share this, I got a 100% hike!

I'm keeping this anonymous because I don’t want to disclose it in real life. After two years without a raise, I successfully negotiated a 100% increase at my current company. I focused on creating significant value and worked in cross-functional teams to learn as much as possible. There were times when I was overworked, but it was all worthwhile. I was confident that it was a mutually beneficial situation. My advice would be to choose your job wisely, create value in the right place, and don't be afraid to negotiate.

...ecurity even to those who gave 15-20 years of the life in job with dedication.. Karma will pay you back all and then you will realise how bad deeds you did.. u will suffer and ur family and company too will suffer because u have just considered ur own benefit

...ot rise voice against them if some staff person do so He will be fired from job. ALSO company policies are demotivating young engineers as the result of this they are leaving company after some experience overall salary is to low and bonus is also very low.

As a team leader of this company we and our team enjoyed the work and we have given excellent results beyond expectation. We were always appreciated by the higher management. I get to travel abroad very frequently especially to the Italy, Germany, Iran, china, Taiwan, Tunisia, Malasia etc. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

The company is having DuPont USA technology producing acrylic fibre/tow/ tops & hosiery textile yarn. Acrylics fibre is a substitute of wool fibres. The company is open to innovation and readily adop latest technology i.e Tow master for developing high shrink tops for yarn, tow top converter for worsted textile yarn, Dye House for tow and yarn dyeing for value addition . I am a part of the team that market reliable, high quality products and have a global clients base. As a result, I get to travel abroad especially to the Germany, Italy, Indonesia, Iran, Taiwan, Vietnam, Tunisia, China etc.
