Employees are helpful and very friendly

Dislikes

1. non friendly HR policies, 2. biometric punching that requires 9 hours completion, (even if one works more than 9.5, it doesn’t consider) no comp off for working over the weekend 3. technologically - very very poor, still living in 90s 4. sadist and suffocating HR 5. Doesn’t provide much employee benefits like other companies

Missed old work culture/ supportive staff

Dislikes

Lengthy old process / Hardly any Offroll staff upgraded to onroll / getting out of media culture and adopting of typical corporate culture/stick to the old software

Clear work line distribution and ownership. Fair recognition of efforts and job satisfaction.

Dislikes

There is nothing which should be specifically mentioned here as "dislike". Rarely we had to work on weekends and would carry our gadgets wherever we go on weekends or on leave.
