Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and management is transparent.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

Nothing great to say about from employee point of view. Just to say that Company involved in construction of multistorey high-rise premium buildings construction.

Work culture is not good. No proper salary hikes and no proper benifits. No employee development culture down the line.

Supportive management which gives freedom to implement innovative ideas. Punctual salary system. Healthy working environment. Great scope of learning and personality development.

There is no yearly bonus or incentive system. Mediclaim policy coverage is very less.

There is no job security, management may fire you at any time. Forcefully pay cut and no leave encashment. There is lot of pressure and never get appreciation from management for outstanding performance.
