It's not given salary from three months of employees & suddenly company has been closed.even all employees did work on full time .but this company cheated to all employees. cheated me also.i didn't get salary of six months.

... company. Management has no vision. Lot of politics played by senior management. They deducted salary during Covid phase which they never returned.No mediclaim provided to employees. Not paying legitimate dues like expenses and even they never do settlement of employees. They even don't pay you for accumulated PL . They don't deserve hardworking and sincere employees....no career growth and no increment. They can wind up bussiness anytime and you can be on roads without prior intimation.

Worst company ever..they are not paying employees salary and expenses.. holding month by month expenses on repeat, while asking for salary claims and expenses.. seniors are not even responding and avoiding.. very worst working culture very selfish company also deducting money from salary cause of non reporting never seen such a fake organization ..worst experience

No Culture Always Salary and Expense Deduction Very Much Terrible Condition, Upper Level managment is very Poor(DGM, SM and Nam also VP) Every Manager is loosing Job within 6 Month due to dirty politics of Sm To Vp Level In Invicta Division, I and many employee of this company is got stuck here ,after join this company suddenly upper managment told that either you resign or you have to do field work in strick lockdown go out station with your own vehicle Expense deduction without any clarification and employee can not asked for deducted expense,any time company can terminate to you without any information No h.r. policy No system Too much presure Upper managment pressure that you do or resign this company immediately 3-4 Month Expense holding Every month salary deduction more that 50% Only Sm Dgm Gm and Vp is enjoying company without any work Even Sales Manager and Gm is doing false reporting with M.R.and pressurizing to zbm and abm for primary sale for pumppin goods

...ny commitments down team struggling manage doctor, Stokist and chemist also... From April 2020 to Match 2021 they started salary deduction 40% to 30% as position of employee post, all pan India and all division. Last 6 month company remove above 200 employee pan India. So no job security, no growth, no Skil development, no life balance every time threatening regarding ur job security. Please if possible avoid join organization.
