The only thing good about this company is that you will get salary on time

Dislikes

Lack of corporate culture uneducated seniors who don't know how to talk. No mercy on non performers some were fired on the same day without any notice. The sales commission will be given after 6 months. and if you would want to leave then you would have to serve a notice period of 10 days. No work life balance mostly there is some promotional activity on holidays.

The COMPANY have very limited inventory in Kolkata and do not have proper software system to sell wide range property out side of city, The all tie ups projects is breked down, due to no work on site client fear to invest in project.

Dislikes

Higher level management never try to understand what is happening on ground daily basis. Don't have proper training department.Senior of Sales depart takes training to sales people, no AUDIT system of availability of inventory, DSR, Multiple product sales support system.Company is very nice but machenism problem.No tracking system of DISBURSEMENT of Persional Loan which is doing by my created channel partner. It is told to generate channel partner but they all will be allocated to other RM.

Likes

Sales oriented company, can learn much about field sales, not a good company for b-school grads. Team leads are not professional and do not have experience in good products.

Dislikes

Recruited for management profile, moved to different product due to internal restructuring, where the job does not fit my profile. Management does not keep up promise, attrition rate is high.

My reporting manager doesn't know anything about the loan, all the time he said to the team that he will fire. And the number of employees left the company due to his pathetic behavior. I requested to the management as please recruit the managers wisely. who at least have the market sense and knowledge about the product.

My manager was good, always helping and motivates me towards my personal and professional goals. Apart from that nothing much positive for me.

Dislikes

Work pressure, no job security, multiple tasks in short span of time. No proper training, not employee friendly.
