It is a typical service sector company where you will be indirectly monitored and judged basis the number of hours you spend in the office rather than on your work, your entry and leaving timings will be monitored. Company’s CMO itself is a hypocrite person who in the name of flexibility himself says that if your manager wants to sit here till 6, rather sit till 8 to satisfy his ego. You will not be able to take designated leaves, specially if you are in Marketing team, the manager is a very passive aggressive person. My suggestion would be not to join here.

...the only one man show of your area who is 100% responsible for your all failure. Salary and payment structure is good.. On job training is missing for new joinees..

...anted. Working hours are hectic, work on weekends too. Zero work life balance. Pay is poor for the junior and mid-level and high at the Sr. and top level. Growth opportunities ? Fair treatment ? No corporate culture. If you are someone who is used to a professional / corporate culture, it would be a cultural shock. CEO is aware of these issues. What measures are taken ?

very pathetic,company culture depends on few managers,hr is only work as mis.no any support to employees,no job security,i never suggest to work this company.

You need to own the project delivery /Solution which helps you to learn more and upgrade your skill set that's the only +ve i see

Extreme work pressure /no proper Project scope management /very tight project delivery time line/no one appreciate your good work and absolutely no work life balance .
