It's the best company, I have ever worked with, Director was good gave the compensation above my quotation, Appraisal was with in three months and above all brand of INDIA TODAY GROUP.Flexibility in terms work, leave and Director never question for any additional voucher raised for travel & overtime allowance. Nothing. First it was a good in company culture specially in tak domain, but now micro management at its peak.

Team lead doesn't know the stack which he is leading. No skill development. No learning. If you want insult to you then only perefer. Regularly you will see misbehave system.
