Work-life Ballance and job security are the major concern. Every body is interested in business no care about employees satisfaction and health. Job security is zero I this company. If you say no you will be fired. Attrition level is very high

I worked as an intern in IRHPL . All Employees are very friendly and supportive, work culture is good and flexibility is also there.
