...negligible. If you want work life balance, then good, but money wise really bad. Getting in with good salary is important. Even director position does not have respect.

Poor Hike and bonus%. Both are always in single digit. Join any rating agency and you will get hike in single digit. This is company in not for people who are looking for stability and long term. Technologically not so good.

Good learning opportunities in MC/LC & other teams except Emerging Corp. Very good manager in South Mid Corp analytical. Decent culture. Good insurance policy

Very less pay scale. Learning curve will depend on individual's ability to reach out

Excellent work culture with very supportive managers, opportunity for learning, flexibility around work schedules, exposure, and opportunity to interact with c-suite executives.

Pay could be better, along with appraisals. This is the only drawback, otherwise it is one of the best places to work for.

Dislikes

Culture, compensation, growth, no focus on training and development. Not a very employee friendly company, do not care about personal lives or well-being of employees. High attrition and no effort at team-building. Seniors will ask to reach out for any help but when you do they’ll not respond.
