Dislikes

Poor work life balance, forced OT and that too without any additional benefits. Organisational culture not at all comfortable to work, for employees. Lack of transparency in HR policies, totally biased management and not at all ready to listen to some serious HR issues raised by employees.

...load and pressure, weekend working, stretched hours of 14-15 hrs daily almost. No severance pay or overtime pay or incentives for hardwork

Dislikes

...n hour, no respect, higher level of partiality, increment will be given in June. If anyone resigns in between, your entire annual bonus and increment is gone, always higher volume of work with lesser man power. Work of 3 people will be done by 1.

Team Mates at Mid senior level and below are good, You can develop your skills self paced however guidance wouldn't be there you have to identify yourself

Biasness at Top Management, lot of politics, no parity in promotion and increment
