work environment is good..peers are very helping ....job security is very high.....no or very little work pressure

very very very poor salary structure. 30-40% less salary than market at every position expect higher position e.g. AGM &above .last salary revision happened in 2007 .

...rative at oll they even bothered about the socila life of their sub ordinates. The thing is very clear in this industry that salary structure is very poor

The salary structure should be given on time and with respect to the increased in prices of wages and compare to other industry salary structure

Flexibility to work and use of your technical skills and experience. A very talented and skilled middle level management. Work life balance and very friendly and helpfull behaviour of colleague's.

Company following old culture, salary of employees are different at same level and experience, salary structure need to be revised atleast to meet current inflation. Your skill of oiling will decide that you are good or bad, it does not depend on your work. Late appraisal and no fix date of salary. All fall down observed after 2018.

Being an employee of IGL is an honour for me .igl like platform is not easy to get in the professional life. IGL makes a man perfect as the working condition and environment are too good.

Salary is not as per market growth.people working last 20 years have lower salary and even they didn't get any appraisal for any extra ordinary work done or meet out over the expectations

There is nothing postive thing about this organization. I wasted my 3 precious years and will advise everyone for not making decisions to be there.

... awarded. Hard work, smart work anything doesn't matters. Pathetic organization Doesn't pay the portion which is even your part of salary No criteria of increment
