One of the things to like about India Accelerator is that it offers a good learning environment, especially to those looking to start their careers, or to those who are interested to learn about the startup ecosystem in India at an early stage.

...e initial learning curve can be very high, but after a point there is no growth. Moreover, the company does not increase salary unless you repeatedly tell your managers to increase it. They hardly provide any monetary incentives, and there is not much recognition for people who are putting in effort. - Six days working: The company requires you to work six days a week, with the option to work from home one day of the week, which is Saturday for most people. However, for the investor relations team, it has been made mandatory to come to office six days a week, as the manager believes that the team is not working well, but she is not doing much effort by herself to actually change things. - Lack of structure: This is a common thing among young organizations, and India Accelerator is no exception to this. However, they have not done much yet to make things structured, and are very slow in terms of making changes to how things are happening. They only decide to define a process, and make changes when things go wrong. Otherwise they do not even notice how things are going.
