However, one aspect that I dislike about Indejit Mehta Construction Pvt Ltd is that some staff members and contractors tend to take advantage of the company's resources for their personal gain. When confronted about their actions, they often respond by disparaging the company, which is unfortunate and unfair. This behavior is, in part, a consequence of the owner's generosity and trusting nature, which can sometimes be exploited by those who do not share his values of integrity and responsibility.

Its administration is in very good hands. The key person of this company along with some few senior level emplyees, together they make a very strong and progressive team. They are very good leaders who care about their sub-ordinates. Honesty and hard work get recognition here. Commitments are kept here by the leaders. Employee gets paid genuinely here. It has several sites working under it. But the principal employer has time to visit all sites and He has given his contact number to all employee. Every employee has been given right to directly call him when ever real necessity comes. From morning 7:00 AM to night 10:00 PM, He is available over phone for his employee of any level.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I am lucky that i am a part of this organisation. Work experience in this organisation very progressive. I feel proud to work in the organisation.
