nothing to like anything about this company. before joining they have not cleared the exact business of this company and after the joining you will come to know the exact story. The top management is not good including all the HOD's of various departments and also the MD is not having the work ethics.

Salary given by company is good. Also area for working is near by.

Team mates we're good. There was no job security. Management was making confusion. Company policies are not healthy for getting business. Company director did not know what is happening behind him.

There is nothing positive but some of colleagues are very supportive

Few people in Purchase team is not very supportive,no change of appraisal here, management is very confusing,they didn't decide what we are hired for.they are claiming that we are also working as jr purchase executive but not ready to give on paper designation as purchase executive.one of management has very poor mentality,he also claim that good condition toilet should be used by upper management,and second should be used by lower management

Company belongs to bigger group "Time Technoplast Ltd". Job security is assured. Good experience, got opportunity to work in different departments, got to learn a lot. Work Culture is good.
