INDECOMM IS A GREAT PLACE TO WORK! I have been with Indecomm for 17+ years and I have got great opportunities during my tenure and have learnt a lot and have honed my skills . There cannot be any other place or platform other than Indecomm if someone wants to learn new things and to have a great career.

...ny.They will follow all Indian standers. Work is assigned and deadline is fixed. Salary paid on time. Good to work.

Dislikes

Indecomm should get more in house customers rather than sending employees as contractual basis to other companies. They should open development center in Hyderabad which is very hot hub now for start ups. They should do H1 for long servicing employees whenever it comes.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

They won't pay enough but would expect you to do much more. Their work process is messed up in all possible ways with no documentations for anything.

They make promises but won't back it up. Will talk to you in a way to make you think as if they're doing a favor on you by offering you the job, even while negotiating.

...ns when you are a billable resource. Nobody likes to place you at your skillset. Compensation is the only thing they provide. Not sure who controls the things at client side.
