Lot of space to develop yourself and learn. The company doesn't restrict you to your role you have a freedom to work and mingle with other teams.

Decision making from the top hierarchy is often stagnant, time consuming and poor. Projects which took months of planning and development got cancelled or denied production approval due to lack of funding. Management is so poor. Company culture sucks, sticks to a 9am-6pm timing which is flexible according to your managers. My senior who managed me was helpful and project focused we will come to office according to project requirement and time constraint. But other managers were pushing their team to come and sit in office simply even without any development activity going on. And biggest of the problem is there is ESOPs in your CTC which is structured in such a way as to scam the employees. You won't get anything from it. And food is provided by them which is taken from the CTC, the food sucks and only provide veg food so I stopped eating from office but still forced to pay for it from my CTC. Other common stuff like senior people ego dumping on juniors who may have taken some of their parking space etc and internal politics are all very common there. Weirdest of all they hire a lot of people as interns for 3 months and let them off. I don't know why they do it. The small office is already crowded enough.
