The work culture of RA department is worst. They will down you morally by humiliating you daily. The manager is credulous and will intentionally torture you on the name of work.

There is no restrictions for learning new things. If you are capable you'll be driven forward for new learnings. One is exposed to each and every section of the department. It taught me alot.

Dislikes

Salary package and appraisals usually lead to migration of people to much better companies who pay them according to their ability and capability.

They don't deduct salary if you are late but you have to complete your 8 hours 30 minutes.

Dislikes

They dont follow any rules of government. They can change there policy anytime and force people to abide them and policies and rules are worst. They even forcibly signed a bond with me.

Here required change at head office level. Salary and expenses holding is biggest problem, it is a logo of banner.

Dislikes

Management is not good for handling to business and employees. We are here in 21st century but HO is still 18th century. So employees and management not balancing here. Otherwise products are well known for business.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issue.salary is decent but career growth is very slow.
