i saw the good reviews are mostly by Finance or sales, not engineers/designers, but the reality everyone hides. NOT AT ALL GOOD COMPANY FOR good and skilled tech/engineers. they are roasted, insulted, exploited, taunted, threatened as if they are noone, all these done by people who hold power within the organization (i am talking about Bavdhan, Pune office). The most unprofessional management, except one or two, if you are lucky enough to work under them. They impose unrealistic expectations on engineers, they are completely biased, i mean i have seen these things happening right Infront of me, it was so annoying and frustrating.

- Too much use of authority even on subjective matters. - No focus of Tech team. Tasks gets added on daily basis. No long term goal. - Very low work-life balance. - Very little room to grow for ambitious techie. - No check on code quality.
