Lot of hidden deductions in salary slip. No policies in place. Even though there are few policies, they are not applied to the employees uniformly. Lot of politics. No compensatory leaves, no OT. Very bad HR policies. Low salaries

Never ever join this company, we never know when they lay off its employees and close company, job security is at high level risk if join incozen.

Challenging research work.multi tasking and profound research knowledge

Policies change as per one person wish...it is not a real company.just a lab set by few for their personal beneficial research projects.not at all employee friendly.never ever think to join this.

Basically it is discovery company,so we can learn basics i.e how the drug molecule/drug product goes in to the market.(Preeclinical development to clinical trail). No politics in the workplace.

Dislikes

No growth (work/position)for employees. All the benefits will be deducted from employee CTC. No job security.
