Everything is great. Can learn as much as you can it depends on the person how much he/she wants to learn and grow.

Dislikes

salaries and perks are not sufficient for the kind of work. Deserve higher pay as per the market demand. No promotions at all doesn't how much experienced you are no good increment and no promotions.

Good environment, any one can easily achieve how to work cause seniors are very helpful

Dislikes

Salary hike is very poor, there is no promotions, equipments are very poor quality, computer systems are very very poor condition, and also there are a lot of scraps & shits happen which I can not disclose.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't adderss our iaaues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joiners.

Everything No culture, No ethics, No freedom, No stability, Frequent transfers, Family separation, No holidays Sanctioning, No bills passings, TOTAL DISSATISFACTION DUE TO ALL ABOVE FACTORS, MANY EMOYEES HAVE LAREADY RESIGNED FROM THIS DEPARTMENT AND OTHETS ARE IN THE PROCESS OF QUITING. This can be proven by the fact that there is lack of employees at almost every office because either people don't join or they quit.

I have worked under brilliant IRS Officers Commissioners, Addl. Commissioners, Pr.Commissionerd and Chief Commissioners and TDS and ITOs and ITIs and Stenographers and PS and Sr. PS and AOs.

Dislikes

My mom died as soon as I joined the department. I was not even told about how many ELs I have, whether to go or not and beatenup down and up and front and back. So many friends neglected.
