...to like as such except remote working in BI project but that is also uncertain. -Salary component has vehicle maintenance allowance, which good part to save tax. Apart from that, I didn't get anything to like about this company.

-BI manager, HR Head are very irresponsible and totally having unprofessional behavior. -Misuse of position and power from above said people. -HR India head is totally waste. They always listen to manager and he is not bother about employee. -Bi Project is totally scrap. Infra for project is not in place and BI Manager and product owner expects that Data engineer will setup everything for them. -Data engg is expected to sort out network issues, VPN issues, SAML/SSO/MFA setup, etl tool setp and so on ..... -BI project is just like garbage. Your experienced based suggestions are un-welcomed. They just want easy and quick solution instead of sustainable solution -The height is, BI manager is asking to insert full data (millions of records) on daily basis into table but they are not ready to implement CDC. -They directly makes commitments to end user as per their own convenience without involving data engineer and BI developers who are actually working on project. -The funny thing is commitments are totally unrealistic. -Absence of technical knowledge at BI management level. -in last 1.5 years, 4 data engineers and 4 BI developers joined and left BI project. -Worst employee insurance policy, I have ever seen in my career. No canteen in company, then what should employee eat when you are asking them to come to office ? -BI Manager expects you to work more than 12 hrs on daily basis. -Also you are expected to work on weekend, without any extra payment or comp off. -I saw 4 terminations in BI project in 2023 year and company has only 1 BI project. So you don't have any other choice Hence, definitely you can join this company on your OWN RISK.

...ent and those timelines are unrealistic which cause the project to unstable. 11. If you are joining ISS be ready to work in all weekend's with no comp off or weekend pay.

Other than salary no benifits to employees, giving 3% or 4 % yearly hike, even they are not providing the cab.. no cafeteria no parking fecilities.... Also don't go under lady Manager's supervision that will spoil your career growth ..

The positive about the company, WFH option. Some of teams can work on Day shift. Office premises situation in prime location, has all three ways of transportation(Cab not provided).

...licies and structure rather they concentrate only on Operational business alone. Cost-cutting is not effective in this small company.

I was there in company just for 4-5 days And not able to identify any single reason to stay in company

...at I have to work on these garbage, I decided to leave firm in just 4-5 days. 7. Also one more thing, they offers package bit over the market rate but once you are in this company, it will be really hard you to get out of this company, because you will not get higher package compare to this company package. Luckily I had good repo with my previous employer and they onboarded me again with my old package. 8. Scrap insurance policy, they just provide 3L insurance policy without your parents coverage. 9. No canteen present in office, you have option to go for street food outside office building. Think 10 times while selecting this company as employer. Better not to think at all about this firm...otherwise you will be in BIG trap.
