Culture is nothing there, all the functions specially Assetmark run by Roopali Chopra, Rupesh Ninave, Dhiraj Gupta, Arun Gupta and Ritu Govil all culprits played with professional life of employees. You can't leave company if you get opportunity they will either termenate you or give you RL having three different date on it like date of joining, date of Last working day and date of Last employment day. No other company accepts RL like this, this company has 23 cases in court by the employee whom they played and ruin their carier. Don't join this trap company

Company's culture, work timings, compensation and helping out each other, my managers were very friendly and they were available when we needed them.

Dislikes

Hiring decision, the reason I say this is because we very hired for a project which did not start. We were shifted to a different project during my employment though. I had to go but still I loved my time with Incedo.

...e management has sweared that they will do absolutely nothing for the employees. We are working double for the last 5 months without any incentive or bonus or promotions or ijp. Seniors don't shy away from giving threats to make life difficult if you raise a voice.

Company is good in terms of giving offer. Also you get joining bonus.

Dislikes

no compensation, Manager do not value for your hard work, no appreciation, always demoralize. Always waste of time in team meetings.No transparency.

Pros: Flexible working hours, you have to complete 9 hours when ever you come, Work from home facility, Pay Scale is High Cons: The hired either in the pay roll of client or in their payroll. If you are hired in the payroll of the client you are lucky enough and free from the politics and if you got hired in Incedo payroll then it depends how long the project is with them.

You have to travel of your own.
