The project will be assigned And the project will be made to finish within the probation period, once it's done they will terminate you stating that your performance is not up to the mark. They will make your work day and night even on weekends. SO ANYONE WHOEVER WANNA JOIN, STAY AWAY FROM IT

...ive you termination letter stating that your performance is not upto the mark. Salary deduction Poor quality laptop Sometls are too co operative Some are just like damaad...staying in the company for more than 8 years. Demean No work life balance Works on weekends No team support

I was a HR generalist and they use to treat me like a recruiter , They settled my FNF in th 4 months which actually they don't wanted to pay but when I said I will take legal help then they agreed to pay . They have no professionalism. There are 2 MD's in the organization out of which one don't even know how to talk to the employees they will use words like (tu, tune kra and etc)

There is no life balance, no satisfaction and no job security. working environment is totally poor, hug politics. Poor management.

the work pressure is very high. Many times I have to work 16-20 hours straight in a days as I have to attend clients call in the evening and may times late night. I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. THEY HAVE POLICY HIRE AND THEN FIRE
