When I took my interview that time they told u will get --- salary and pf 3k and cab and meal will be free, then I asked about my salary slip they didn't mention about pf facilities, then I talked with my senior they told we are not providing pf facilities and we are charging 3k for meal and cab facility, so they scammed with me

They do not have any set standards as they have not evolved since the company has been setup. So, you can work as you wish and there is no hard core pressure.

Dislikes

They do not have any management. They are also not open to ideas or changes. This company is only focused on one LOB and they chucked everyone overnight without severance pay or prior notification. This company is not at all professional and doesn't understand that many employees can not survive without their pay checks.

This is the worst company I have ever worked I will not suggest anyone to join this company company just want it's own profit they do consider to their employees as family or employees they think they all servent trust me this is really bad where management do not like to interact with their employees HR does not reply on emails Admin does complete his work properly company can terminate anyone at any moment even your next day will meet termination day, I dislike everything about this company.

No good incentives, No work culture, no professionalism, there is no training department. Just a Pure LALA company. Baki khud he samjh jao agar samjhdar ho toh. Rest, your choice.
