Worst company I have ever worked, HR support is very very bad.

Company will take money from your salary by saying that's for company welfare, employees cannot contact HR as they won't respond to call and mail

Salary Gape of Rs. 4000 between CTC and On Hand Salary, 12 hours shift Rotation total 17 hours have to spend in day and night shift, No increment after 2-5 year Experience, traveling allowance not provided by company, have to serve 60 days notice period, immediately joining, not provide Experience letter and Releaving letter

This was great opportunity to get the job and great experience in this company.If i had any information regarding that's want to get quick responce from this company. And good talking of way, beahaviour was very good of each employee,which were deputed that comapny.i have no word to described all about i hope that's enough for understood every body.And i am happy with IMSI mangement. Thanks in adavance!

There were one problem ,no get any promotion or increment of salary.until you had spent more than one year or more.

The company is open to innovation and adopt latest technology. I love the fact that I am part of team that markets reliable, high quality products and has global client base. As a result, I get to travel abroad. But onsite traveling is completely dependent on your project. Another plus point is that my colleagues from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I also like employee retention and re-hire policy.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow.

...yroll team in the company is making guys fool and not paying employees full pay.No hike in salary no matter what even if your worked for them for decades.Don't expect salary.
