The management considers the opinions of all levels. Be it a junior or top level employee. Working hrs are fixed but flexible time. One day is a half day. Targets given are achievable and random. Sales is driven by ethics and not like other institutes where sales is done only to achieve revenue target.

Dislikes

The salary may not be as attractive as other institutes but work life balance, balances out the salary requirement.

1. It's a lot to learn everyday. 2. Salary is given on time, no doubts on that. 3. Met some really good people.

1. Cheap mentality of some people. 2. Personal life has gone a bit off track. 3. Need to introduce some actual employee policies.

There is no any job security.This company seniors are behaving with employees like hire n fire.Not providing the any proper trainings to the employee.one more important things this company is not giving any proper communication with employees.N suddenly they informed to employees after 1 year they are appointed on contractual service.i am completely dissatisfied with this company.

Good working environment with helpful managers and team. Salary is on time. Excellent work-life balance. One of the rare institute which is Student-Centric and give them preference.
