Peaceful environment, managers team leaders are very helpful. Every month we get salary on time. Incentive attendance bonus. Every thing is perfect about Ims. Feeling happy to be a part of ims.

They are always hiring people. Office location and premise is excellent, but its like "Uchi dukan fika pakwan"

...ould suggest that if you want to earn money for temporary basis you an go there. Just get training and they will pay you.

I could only talk about the team I was assigned to, SOoTL was good, really helpful, manager were good too, never talked anyone badly even when someone made mistakes.

Pressure of submission, salary is low, no promotion for people working remotely, doesn't matter how well you perform you can't be a TL if you are working remotely

Good things here I would say is the managers here are really helpful and supportive. If you are a fresher then this is the best place to learn things on a long term.
