I could only talk about the team I was assigned to, SOoTL was good, really helpful, manager were good too, never talked anyone badly even when someone made mistakes.

Dislikes

Pressure of submission, salary is low, no promotion for people working remotely, doesn't matter how well you perform you can't be a TL if you are working remotely

Good things here I would say is the managers here are really helpful and supportive. If you are a fresher then this is the best place to learn things on a long term.

...arted as a fresher in the recruitment industry and no proper training was given. Compensation wise they are quite below the market rate and expects to meet the market competition at that range.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisal are fait and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

...hey terminate 200 to 300 employees just because they lost business for sometime. After they got business at the end of lockdown they hired new 200 employees at cheaper salary. IMS people don't believe in taking care of employees.

IMS people has asked 200 to 300 employees to leave due to covid 19 business loss, they hired new employees after lockdown at cheap salary. I think that is good strategy but not for employees.

They are always hiring people. Office location and premise is excellent, but its like "Uchi dukan fika pakwan"

...ould suggest that if you want to earn money for temporary basis you an go there. Just get training and they will pay you.
