management is very supportive and good in all respect, timely salary distribution but full of cunning and sycophants that disturbed the environment of college. Most of HODs having no good degree, no research experience, and lowest feedback in class.

I am very fond of interacting with students so what I like about my work is mentoring students in labs.

Dislikes

I feel somehow less rewarding in my surroundings. For motivation, rewards are a must, so somehow, I dislike having fewer perks.

Likes

They encourage us for self learning, I love to be a part of such a reputed organisation and teach there. As i found myself developing in various fields while worhing and teaching there.

No job security...due to pandemic I have lost my job .

Only one thing i liked and that is the mediclaim policy for all employees.Politics even amongst the teachers and administration and the top to bottom approach rather than the bottom to top approach is ruining the system. Exploitaion through the feedback sytem is enormous even if you are absolutely right at your work.

Dislikes

The approach of the administration is very poor towards quality education and that's the very basic pillar of an elite educational institution. Poor politics amongst the teachers and administration, poor policies and and top to bottom approach rather than the bottom to top approach is ruining the institution.
