I have spent 7+ years working in this company and the environment I feel and get here is extremely friendly to work colleagues and management. They adapt new technologies and constantly help and motivate you to upgrade your skills both professionally and personally. They conduct workshops regularly and send employees to attend tech conferences around the world. Working in an environment where you can freely share your ideas is a great feeling. When you feel like your employer hears and sees you, you feel valued.

Speaking Honestly, I do not dislike anything in particular as such. Any instances where you feel discomfort are addressed pretty soon when you share the feedback with HR and Management.
