...tes are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow also salary was not on time. There is no bond between you and company as it was outsourced job. On the job training is not given to new joinees. Company should provide regular monthly salary slip for their employees.

only working time is flexible, food is good, we get to learn about in accounts in detail, site is near to the station

impressive hospitality is 3rd party pay roll they higher candidates for government sector i am work working in govt sector as 3rd party pay roll as clerk in accounts section the dislike of these sector are as follows 1) no salary in time the salary gets delay by 2 months 2) office politics is there 3) no contract renewal in time 4) there is no contract renewal of year 5) the contract get renew only for 2 months after that break they give for candidates 6)No appreciation for work 7) NO job security & career growth
