There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

As per my point of view it has no criteria for thier employees But may be I have no good experience with this compny because nowadays this compny has been surviving me .

It's personal but o would like to share my personal experiences that is its compny has no responsibility for their employees because from when I have been working in this compny till now Noone came here to observe their employees situation.

Likes

I love the fact a am a part of a team that markets reliable, high quality products & has pan india client base. As a result, i get to travel other states especially delhi & Bangalore. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural background & we work happily I'm collaboration. I also like the employee re-hire policy here.

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 10 to 12 hours. I have attend client calls in the evening & sometimes late into the night.
