There is a lot of policies and the management dosen't address our issues. salary is recent but career growth is slow.

The management has not supported us in this situation. They did not pay any salary for lockdown time and cut the 25% salary of working days. They also stop the transportation facility for employee. The real face of management was seen in the situation.

I've been working over here since last 6 months and as what I noticed is that the organisation what's to become No. 5 company in all over India and improving also however the development of organisation is concerned the environment and management is little poor to make a solid decision. Some times I realise that the inter communication is week & team work is very less as a whole. The work environment is hyper you can work on your pase & technique that you want until the results are positive.

The employees politics is a little bad there.

The best thing in the company is that the boss always stands by his worker, I liked it and that's why I have given my 12 years time to the company and will still stand by them always.

Dislikes

Persons who are working in the company but those people put their work on others, register their name. Here the person who works hard, does not get his right, the others who are sitting above keep on registering their names and taking applause. And the management didn't understand him.

Nothing to like here,new joiners don't join this worst govt. Culture following company otherwise your life become hell.

There's nothing to say right bcoz worst management decisions and advisor Sachin putting negative feedback to owner. He's involved in every department purchase making money with persentage. Systems are poor, technology adoption is very poor by employees. HR head is operation graduate (she's no idea of Payroll and HR operations) is family members of owner so mat join karna, Employee support failure. HR senior executive engaged with quality manager so not single support of employees. Worst management worst culture.
