I was in it support team. Team Culture was very poor. Forcefully took work from extra hours which was without pay ....its very dissatisfied & disappointed. Nepotism & give Buttering to their manager & then take advantage for promotion.

...t is still a complete transfer of skills that will affect their future profile. From a salary point of view, they have a strict band system for developers; there is no flexibility as per their role and responsibilities. I must say the hierarchy system is poor; 3–14-year-old employees are working as senior programmers.

... speak about a home outside your in the true sense, that's Impressico for you. Let it be compensation benefits or quality of work, in every aspect, Impressico wins. Work stress is also minimal. You complete your work, you go home. This is something that is practiced in reality here, not by words. The learning curve is exponential due to the variety of projects and/or the learning programs.
