Very low grade company. Three people are running the in partnership. All are moody and used rough language. They don't care how a girl will go late night. Even girls has to sit till 2 o'clock at night. And they don't even bother how she will manage.

Worst company I have ever seen in my career. Very poor staff. HR is pathetic and her behaviour is like an illiterate women. No sense of talk. Success.. Hahaha fun word for impinge. Impinge itself means negative, the environment there is really very negative. The always keep you in pressure. No work culture they have. Worst company policies. No standards at all. Only people stays there who are best in buttering there mentors. Don't even sign any document, they take your signatures here and there and later they show you that you have signed in this term and boom, you will get appraisal after 2 years or 1 and half years. No commitment of words, no proper standard followed, worst ever management. People joined with me also left the company before completing 6 months there. A genuine technology person with good experience never ever work in such a ridiculous company. Also for freshers, it is my honest request don't ruin your career in the beginning itself.

No job security. They can kick you out anytime n specially if it's your appraisal time then be sure you are not the one who will be kicked out.
