I had joined impetus in June 2022. There, i would be working for 12-15 hours each day . So, out of frustration, I decided to put paper in order to get some time to prepare for interviews elsewhere as it was practically not possible to prepare while being in a project there. The worst part was i got a call from HR and she told me that the next day was my last working day. They didn't even let me serve my notice period. For that a carrier gap is created whose burden i will always have to bear with. #Impetus, please don't spoil the employee's Life.

Salary is good, appraisals are decent.

Dislikes

Projects are very client sided, employees seem to get overburdened with work very often. Working model of the company needs them to do things earlier than other companies can which can mean long hours, weekends. Management is nice but they are bound by the working model.

Company culture is good you will learn so many things .even managers are supportive

Pay is below par . For me hardly there is 10 percent hike on fixed pay from last drawn salary everything else variable . No idea about appraisal . Three months notice period which is another issue . I left within 6 months due to personal health issue and salary was less

Good work life balance Good hikes. They give atleast 10per every year. ESOP benefits and diwali gifts

They simply hiring people but not giving projects. They put our salary on hold during notice period. The management asked for forceful resignation because I am on bench. Luckily I got another opportunity in few days.

Somewhat competitive salary structure as per market

This is one of the most insecure jobs. A very stressful work environment makes it even worse with indecent manager behaviour. No work Life balance . Firing in Notice period also. Fake product base company.
